As per the official reports, police were called to the leafy Palermo neighborhood by the hotel manager, reporting about “an aggressive man who could be under the effects of drugs and alcohol.”
When police arrived at the CasaSur Hotel, they were guided to the inner courtyard, where a British man had fallen from the balcony. According to the hotel manager’s statement, he heard a loud noise from the inner courtyard and rushed to the place to find a man who had fallen from the hotel balcony.
An audio recording of the hotel manager asking for help is going viral online about a British man falling from the balcony. The worker said, “When he is conscious, he is destroying the entire room, and we need you to send someone.”
Additionally, the hotel staff is heard warning about a balcony in the room, which can cause a risk to the guest’s life. Soon his intuition turns right; the man falls from the third-floor balcony of the hotel, and chaos ensues.
