You know India has arrived on the global business radar when YouTube’s biggest names come to India to launch their brand. Mr. Beast, KSI, and Logan Paul have landed in Mumbai to launch their brands in the Indian market.
Prime is an energy drink brand launched by YouTube creators Logan Paul and KSI, who together amassed 48 million subscribers on their respective channels on YouTube. A very successful venture in the USA, Prime has amassed a sale of one billion bottles globally and now plans to conquer the Indian market.
On the other hand, you might already be aware of Mr. Beast, the biggest YouTuber in the world presently, and his chocolate brand, Feastables. These three celebs together arrived at the Jio World Drive in Mumbai to launch their brands for the Indian audience to enjoy.
As the news of their arrival was confirmed, fans flocked to the streets and entrance of Jio World Drive to get a glimpse of their favorite YouTubers. As the crowd swelled, the event was cut short before its designated time to contain the crowd.
However, the brand launch was successful because now you can purchase Prime and Feastables at your nearest mall. The pricing of Prime is kept at 399 rupees, while Feastables is priced at 349 for 35 grams and 499 for 60 grams.
As these brands are in high-range pricing compared to other brands in India, these products have tough competition ahead. On the brighter side, India, being an emerging economy, has the potential to accept high-end foreign brands, as seen from recent years’ statistics.
So, are you willing to give these brands a try or would stick to your local brands?
