Social media sensation Orry has yet again taken the internet by storm, but this time with a funny twist and drama as he recreates Miley Cyrus’s Wrecking Ball music video. In his version, Orry sways to the wrecking ball with his own kind of flair while replacing the intense emotional tone of the original Miley Cyrus’s version with a more humorous and cheeky one. With the boxers emblazoned on his front bearing his picture emojis, Orry dances to become Miley with a witness of his unwashed mouth and soul.
Orry, a Miley Cyrus fan since his childhood, has said, “If there’s anyone who’d have a wrecking ball for a reel in India, it’d be me.” His journey with Miley’s music dates back to 2013, when he had won a fan competition where he was given a front-row ticket to her concert. Inspired by that, Orry created this viral reel, proving that his creativity is just as bold as Miley’s boundary-pushing style.
Despite a few nerves swinging off a wrecking ball, Orry took the challenge head on and even assembled a team to help him climb and move the giant prop. Filmed in his dad’s warehouse with a budget of just Rs 25,000, Orry says that his father’s support made it all the more special for him. The video has already caught the attention of noted personalities like Isha Ambani and Janhvi Kapoor, who appreciated the clip.
While Orry doesn’t expect Miley to see his video, he is hopeful. “When I make content, I don’t expect anything. But the internet has a way of making things happen. Someday, Miley might just see it,” he adds.
