Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force Gets Appreciation From Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh

Finally, Akshay Kumar’s nationalistic films are showing some results from the ruling government of India. Rajnath Singh, the Defence Minister of India has praised the upcoming film of Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force which is set to be released on 24th January 2025. 

Rajnath Singh extended his appreciation of the film on social media, saying, “Joined CDS and three service chiefs at the special screening of ‘Sky Force.’. The film narrates the story of the Indian Air Force’s bravery, courage, and sacrifice during the 1965 War. I laud the makers of the film for their efforts,” along with pictures of the private screening of the film. 

In a private screening of the movie for the Defence Minister, Akshay Kumar is seen sitting beside Singh. The Sky Force actor also got to meet him and hear his appreciation for the film. Kumar thanked him for the same on social media writing, “Thank you, Sir. An absolute honor for me and the team of Skyforce that you, the CDS and the three service chiefs took time to watch and bless our film. We’ve made it with a lot of gratitude and pride for the courage of our armed forces.”

Sky Force stars Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Veer Pahariya, who debuts with the film. and is based on the real-life story of Squadron Leader Devayya and his team who were members of the Indian Air Force. This film shows the Indo-Pak War of 1965, where Squadron Leader Devayya and his team fought. The film is set to be released on the Republic Day weekend under the Maddock Films and Jio Studios banner.
