Conducted amidst a cheering crowd, the event honored the legacy of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj while revealing the heart of the film through its music.

Celebrating Music and Maratha Pride

Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Madlock Films and directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava is a historical epic that revolves around the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the fearless Maratha king. With Vicky Kaushal essaying the role of the war king and Rashmika Mandanna playing the role of Maharani Yesubai Bhonsale, queen of Swarajya, the film that is all set to hit theatres on February 14, 2025, promises an experience unlike anything else. Having a storyline focusing on courage, sacrifice, and love, Chhaava offers a cinematic ride like no other.

The music launch ceremony was a colourful presentation of Rahman’s brilliance. All the songs of the Chhaava film were rendered live, with Rahman working his magic with his inimitable mix of soulful tunes and energetic arrangements. A lively dance company added some more vigour to the stage, rendering the music a dynamic visual spectacle.
